HPC successfully concluded its Leadership Competency Training Course in Hiroshima, Japan, on 19-23 January 2026, bringing together highly professional participants from diverse backgrounds and distinguished facilitators to further develop their leadership competencies intensively. With a shared understanding of leadership as an interpersonal competency, participants worked to deepen their understanding and skills for future career development.
