Hiroshima Peacebuilders Center (HPC), commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA), implements the Program for Global Human Resource Development for Peacebuilding and Development (Global Peacebuilders Program) from JFY2021 to 2023 in collaboration with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) Programme.
