Director of HPC, Dr. Hideaki Shinoda, participated in the annual conference of the IAPTC (International Association of Peacekeeping Training Centres) in Nairobi, Dhaka, to discuss various issues (including the impacts of misinformation/disinformation, climate change, etc.,) upon international peace operations, and extended the network with more than 300 experts from 68 countries.
